Training of trainers ToT1-18 DEU

After a week of preparation, the Alioune Blondin BEYE Peacekeeping School in Bamako resumed its activities with a week of training for its trainers, from January 15 to 19, 2018, under the leadership of Principal Commissioner Baba MARIKO, funded by the Federal Republic of Germany.

This training brought together eighteen (18) participants including five (05) ladies from nine (09) African countries including: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Mali and Niger.

We noted the presence of ten (10) uniformed personnel and eight (08) civilians who were divided into six (06) workshops: Gender-post-conflict, WCC and Logistics, Rights and protection of children, Risk management and Disasters, Fundamental Knowledge and United Nations Staff Officer Course (UNSOC).

The objective of this training of trainers was to strengthen the pool of temporary instructors of the EMPABB on the courses mentioned above.

During this internship, PowerPoint presentations, video projections and group work were made.
