The Alioune Blondin Bèye Peacekeeping School served as a framework for the launch of the Seminar on crisis initiatives in the Sahel. The objective of this seminar, which will take place over three days, is: »to help orient the action of the States of the Region and of the key players in the international community towards a strengthening and better alignment of regional initiatives security, stabilization and development in the Sahel ”. The ceremony was chaired by the Prime Minister, Moctar Ouane, in the presence of the Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations, Mahamat Saleh Annadif, the Ambassador of Japan in Mali, Masahiro Kawada, HE Maman Sambo Sidikou, Permanent Secretary of the G5 -Sahel, of the Representative of ECOWAS in Mali, HE Hamidou Boly, of Colonel Souleymane Sangaré, Director General of the Bamako Peacekeeping School.
