The battalion-level “Staff Officer Capacity Building” session was held at EMP-ABB from June 15 to 19, 2020. Funded by the Federal Republic of Germany, this course brought together 15 participants , including 01 woman, plus 03 management members. The participants came from the Army, the Air Force and the National Guard. The purpose of this internship was to upgrade skills and harmonize procedures allowing FAMa tactical command posts to plan and conduct operations effectively.
