Permanent instructor at the Direction of the Training Center of the National Guard of Mali and on behalf of the General Staff on the following Modules: General Criminal Law; Special Criminal Law; Criminal Procedure, International Humanitarian Law, Humanitarian Law. Man and Gender. She participated in several activities related to gender, for example the drafting of the 1st National Action Plan of United Nations Resolution 1325 in 2011. Indeed Lieutenant, Colonel Biné SISSOKO is the First Lady of the Corps of the National Guard to reach this Rank.
