Launch this week of the second course for the year 2015 of “Security Sector Reform” (SSR - level 1), training funded by Japan that we warmly thank here once again.
25 trainees, mainly from Mali, but also from Niger, Burkina Faso, Benin, Ivory Coast and Togo, joined the EMP to receive the good word. It started very quickly with a remarkable intervention by the former Malian Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Coordinator of the “Participatory Governance Program”.
Thus, the EMP participates directly in the training of these future national leaders by providing them with the bases necessary for their mission.
