NATIONAL MOURNING IN MALI

fter the terrorist attack on the Radisson-Blu hotel last Friday, November 20 in Bamako, the school resumed its "almost" normal life this morning, with the continuation of the PC-BAT course and the start of another “Gender Post Conflict” course, both funded by the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Particular atmosphere however, Mali being placed in “state of emergency” for ten days, which somewhat limits our comings and goings, but not our training activities, nor our will to lead them.

Likewise, three days of national mourning having been established, we have half-masted all the flags of the school, including those of the 13 African nations which are currently participating in the two training courses.

The moment is rare, with a quarter of the nations of Africa associating themselves, within the school and in a visible way, in the mourning of an entire country ...
