Graduation ceremony of the Master in Peacekeeping and the Executive Master in Post-Conflict State Reconstruction

On Thursday, July 29, 2021, took place the graduation ceremony of the Master in Peacekeeping and the Executive Master in Reconstruction of the Post-Conflict State of the Alioune Blondin Beye School of Peacekeeping of Bamako (EMP-ABB), in partnership with the Institute of Political Studies (IEP), Sciences Po Grenoble and the University of Legal and Political Sciences (USJP) of Bamako.
After a training period of four (04) semesters, a total of 20 listeners thus obtained the precious parchment which rewards their efforts. This first promotion was named by the Director General of EMP-ABB, Promotion Boubacar Gaoussou Diarra, in tribute to the second director of CARESS, who died on Friday, April 23, 2021.

The ceremony recorded the participation of the representative of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the person of the Rector of the University of Legal and Political Sciences of Bamako, Prof. Moussa Djiré; the representative of the Minister of Defense and Veterans Affairs, Colonel-Major Faraban Sangaré (MDAC chief of staff); the Director General of EMP-ABB, Colonel Souleymane Sangaré; delegations from ministerial, diplomatic and teaching staff as well as the families of the day's recipients. Also present were the representatives of the three (03) institutions which awarded scholarships to this first promotion: the National Bank for Agricultural Development (BNDA) with the granting of three (03) half scholarships; the French Embassy with two (02) half scholarships; and the National DDR Commission, with one (01) full grant.
