It is with joy and good humor that a new session of the famous “Post-Conflict Gender” course has just started at EMP.
This is indeed the third edition of this training since the beginning of the year and 25 members of the Pan-African Armed Forces and civil society, men and women, have come to undergo this training in Bamako.
Wanted and funded by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, this “GPC 2016-2” course aims to condense the essential fundamental knowledge on Peace Support Operations, but also highlighting the role and place women in the reconstruction of societies devastated by conflict.
Highly motivated but not afraid of the persistent heat that Bamako is experiencing at the moment, our trainees got down to work on a fairly dense but always appreciated program. Good luck to the new promotion and we wish him good luck!
