Goal achieved!

In 2017, in order to continue to deserve its title of center of excellence, the EMPABB decided to make an effort on the educational recognition of its teaching.

Thus, out of the twenty courses given at EMPABB, four were the subject of significant work by the Directorate of Instruction so that they could be recognized by the United Nations. The objective was to receive for these internships the UN label or from a UN structure.

– The “Security Forces, Freedom of the Press and Protection of Journalists” course has the UNESCO label;

– The UPC “formed police unit” course has the UNITAR label;

– The UNPOL “United Nations Police” course has been controlled by ITS (the United Nations integrated training service), and should receive the UN label for 4 years;

- The CIMIC civil-military relations course has been checked by ITS (the United Nations integrated training service), and should receive the UN label for 4 years;

This effort had a double objective: to improve qualitatively the various courses of these internships and to participate in the influence of the EMP outside Mali.
