After an absence of five years, EMPABB returned to Madagascar to conduct a Fundamental Knowledge course for the benefit of about fifty Malagasy officers from the Gendarmerie and the Malagasy Armed Forces. The training lasted a week, from October 3 to 7, 2016 and the discussions were very enriching. This activity was made possible thanks to the financial support of the Federal Republic of Germany which we thank for its commitment in the training of African executives.
- Our thanks also go to the Malagasy authorities who gave this event all the solemnity it deserves through the presence of the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General RASOLOFONIRINA Beni Xavier, at the opening and closing ceremonies.
