Interns from the National Defense College in Abuja visited the EMP on February 27, during their promotional trip to Mali.
Barely out of Koulouba, where the President of the Republic of Mali had received them, led by Rear Admiral SI ALADE, these trainee officers came to visit the EMP, another ECOWAS center of excellence.
